YesDVD Generator Minilab System Wins CES 2005 Innovations Award

Innovative retail system enables in-store transfer of home videotape, digital photos, and digital video to a Hollywood-style DVD

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – November 15, 2004 – YesVideo™, Inc. (www.yesvideo.com), the leader in digital media authoring, today announced that its new YesDVD™ Generator minilab , the world’s first in-store retail system for DVD transfer services, received the prestigious 2005 International CES Innovations Design and Engineering Award in the category of Retail Resources. The YesDVD Generator will be on display in the LSI Logic Booth #LVCC CEN/14938 at CES 2005 (January 6-9, Las Vegas, NV).

Developed in response to growing consumer demand for digital media transfer services, the YesDVD Generator provides retailers and camera stores with an easy and affordable solution for preserving customers’ videotapes, digital photos, and digital video to a Hollywood-style DVD, with same-day, in-store service.

The system delivers state-of-the-art digital transfers enabled by LSI Logic’s DoMiNo™-based digital media processors with DoMiNoFX™ technology (www.dominofx.com) and proprietary YesVideo software.

Making home videos and digital pictures fun to watch and easy to search, key features of a YesDVD include: automatic intelligently created chapter scenes; onscreen chapter menu with thumbnail images representing each chapter; three music videos with highlights from the video or photos set to music; and a unique custom DVD case coversheet with thumbnail images from each chapter of the video.
